The Easy maintenance & Repair of Electric Screwdriver
1. Confirm the voltage first before input the electricity.
2. Keep the electric screwdriver clean, especially from water and humid environment.
3. Periodically change the carbon brush, and clean the carbon powder to avoid the amassment of carbon powder which will lead to the breakdown of electric screwdriver. The carbon brush should be change before it’s worn down to 1/4 of its original size.
4. Please use the carbon brush of original supplier. The hard carbon brush may lead to abnormal depletion of the armature although it’s more endurable.
5. The bearing should be periodically lubricated. Do not put too much oil when lubricating, otherwise the oil will flow into the magnet supporter and make the motor overheat and lead to the magnet losing its magnetic force.
6. Put the oil which especially used for gears to the gear case. Do not use liquid oil and grease. Grease is too sticky and will make the gear set overheat. Be careful when lubricating the gear case and avoid the miscellaneous articles falling into the gear case.
7. Don’t put oil into the bit holder collar because the oil will make it rusty and unable to change bits.
8. Please use the components from original supplier of the electric screwdriver to ensure the accurate torque control.

電動起子簡易保養與維護
1. 輸入電源時，一定要確認電壓。
2. 保持電動起子清潔，謝絕水源。
3. 定期更換碳刷，更換時碳粉要清除，避免累積碳粉造成短路。碳刷剩1/4時必須更換。
4. 更換原廠碳刷，若使用較硬的碳刷雖壽命較長，但會造成電樞不正常損耗，反而得不償失。
5. 馬達軸承要定期潤滑，油要適量，過多會流入磁鐵殼內造成馬達過熱失磁，扭力因而流失。
6. 齒輪盒內定期上齒輪專用油，不可加液態油、黃油，黃油的黏稠會造成齒輪組件發熱。上油時注意避免異物掉入，造成損壞。
7. 起子頭座內不可加油，加油會產生油鏽咬死起子頭，造成無法更換起子頭。
8. 電動起子內所有零件不可使用非原廠的替代品，以確保扭力精確度。
9. 除了以上情況，其他狀況可連絡起子供應商，由專業技術人員處理。
