電動螺絲起子操作方法

1>        各種類電動螺絲起子操作說明:

A.        手按式電動螺絲起子:
            插入電源並將開關設定在關(OFF)的位置.
            裝上或取下起子頭時,從指尖將起子頭帽往上推,起子頭即可自由裝上或取下,當手指放開後起子頭帽自動歸位,起子頭將自動卡住.
            需預先調整鎖緊螺絲所要的扭力段數位置,使用時應將起子懸掛固定適當處.
            先確定要運作的方向(正轉或反轉),將開關壓板按下開關就會起動馬達運轉,放開關壓板即自動停止.
            調整扭力可由底部的扭力環進行調整,但機體段數並不代表其輸出的扭力值(起子頭調整扭力段數和輸出扭力關系可由扭力表中顯示)

B.        下壓電動螺絲起子:
            1.2.3與手按式機種相同.
            先確定要運作的方向(正轉或反轉/鎖或開)壓下起子頭時電動起子會自動操作,一定要將起子頭定位後壓至最底才能使電動起子正確的運作.

C.        全自動電動螺絲起子:
            1.2.3項與手按式相同.
            先確定要運作的方向(正轉或反轉/鎖或開)當螺絲鎖緊後電流自動停止

D.        半自動電動螺絲起子:
            1.2.3項同手按式機種同:
            先確定要運作的方向(正轉或反轉),當螺絲鎖緊後離合器自動跳開但電流不會停止,以致馬達繼續運轉,所產生離合器跳動聲為正常情形.

E.        使用時相關注意事項:
            使用前需檢查是否配有接地線.
            在插頭插入插座前,先確定開關是否為關(OFF)
            應避免電動起子接觸腐蝕性的化學物品,應避免將電動起子靠近易燃物品.
            每天應對電動起子之扭力進行測試是否正常.
            長期不使用電動起子時,應將插頭拔掉,需注意勿用力將電線扯離插頭.
            當馬達為運轉狀態時,勿做正反開關的切換.
            勿用力摔,丟及碰撞電動起子,非專業維修人員請勿拆裝電動起子.


2>        鎖合扭力簡介:

A.        扭力重要性:
在組合架構中,有很多零件以螺絲作連接,在連接中,有無密著或鬆脫,跟扭力有直接關系,如鎖合扭力不足,或螺牙鬆脫,造成電氣及機構問題,嚴重者因短路引起安全性問題,造成公司莫大損失,因此,鎖合扭力大小及控制相當重要.

B.        扭力(TORQUE)的單位是:kgf-cm.

C.        一般常用電動起子有5kgf-cm.12kgf-cm.18kgf-cm,30kgf-cm,45kgf-cm,在電動起子上端的顯示標簽刻畫扭力,在底部扭力環可根據需求進行調整,但機體段數並不代表其輸出扭力值.

D.        以扭力計測試扭力,力矩強度衰減至70%以下,應送修一般扭力誤差約為3~5%.

E.        電動起子頭分類, 外觀
1號:BID頭,錐角較小,較尖.
2號BID頭,錐角較大.
一般M3以上螺絲選用2號BID頭,如選用不當,會造成鎖合時螺絲頭打滑,造成螺絲打花等現象.

什麼是無刷電批?

电批即电动螺丝刀，电动起子，电动螺丝批...地方不同，叫法也不同。

电批有2种：一种是充电式的

           一种是直插电源式的

我公司只生产直插电源式的。无碳刷的电批也是直插电源式的。

直插电源式的分为三代产品：

第一代是有碳刷的电动螺丝刀，即在电批里面装有一个小小的碳刷，

这种有碳刷的蔽端就是碳刷要经常更换，而且产生的碳粉会污染电批本身，

电批需要经常保养，拆换零件。
 

于是乎有了第二代产品——无碳刷电批，无碳刷还分为两种：一种是伪无碳刷，

就是完全无粉尘溢出的碳刷电批，这种也是要经常更换碳刷的，

但是这碳刷的性能比较好，不会溢出粉尘这样子。另一种就是真正的无碳刷电批，

电批里面不装碳刷，不须更换，无须保养，这是一种比较先进的电批，

目前在市场上也是比较热销的。

但是第二代的无碳刷电批的功能还不是很完善，于是我们就开发出了第三代的无碳刷电批，

不须更换碳刷，无须保养的特性和第二代的一样，但是我们的第三代却增添了很多功能，

比如在同一把电批上下压式和手按式可以自由切换；转速高达1200转；

可由专用的扭力锁定扳手锁定钮力；同心轴的精度也得到很大提高，不摆动；

螺丝到位后自动停止，并发出提醒......
