Operating Principle of Electric Screwdrivers

马达部分就不用说了，马达运转带动马达下方的减速齿轮，齿轮带动离合器，离合器带动传动轴，传动轴就是装起子头的。就说离合器部分，圆盘形离合器下有2个凸起，凸起部分拨动2个钢珠，钢珠下就是托盘和扭力弹簧，当起子收到的阻力大于扭力弹簧的支撑时，离合器凸头就跳过钢珠，如是全自动电批，跳脱的同时会触发刹车开关从而电批停止，如是半自动电批，就会连续在这个力量跳脱，直到手松开开关。

Talking about the mechanism of electric screw driver, we will skip the motor part here. Motor pushes forward the deceleration gears (planet gears) which below it when running, and then the gears drive the clutch. Then the clutch drives the driving shaft, which connect with the bits.

About the clutch part, it is a disc-shaped metal plate with 2 bulges under itself, and the bulge struck two steel balls. Under the steel balls are the spring holder and the torque spring; when the driver received the resistance which is greater than the bounce of the torque spring, the bulges of clutch will escape the steel ball. 

If the electric screwdriver is fully-automatic type, at the time when the escape happens the brake switch will be triggered and then automatically stop the electric screwdriver.  If it is semi-automatic electric screwdriver, the driver will repeat to running/brake until you stop pressing the switch lever.
