Question: I am going to attend an interview for getting an operator position in laptop assembly factory. The interview will test me on my ability to operate electric screwdriver. However, I’ve never used electric screwdriver before. What is the correct way to operate electric screwdriver and how to fasten the screws quickly?

Answer: Take the electric screwdriver vertical to the screw you have to fasten. Pull the trigger of the electric screwdriver (if it is trigger-started type) and let the screwdriver automatically fasten the screws. Remember that please don’t press the screwdriver with too much your own power and you must maintain the tool vertical to the screw. 

If it is press-started type, you also need to press down the electric screwdriver slightly and keep vertical. Don’t be nervous and press the tool with too much power, or you will make the screws stripped.

If you failed in fastening the screw, just turn the “For/Rev Switch” to the “Rev” and move the screw backward, and then turn the “For/Rev Switch” to the “For” then fasten the screw again.

About how to hold the screwdriver, you just need to hold the electric screwdriver firmly, and the trigger will be about the position to your forefinger. Use your forefinger to control the trigger. Your thumb will face you and the other fingers will be on the opposite side.

要去筆電工廠面試 作業員，要現場測驗電動起子的使用能力，
我没有用過電動起子。電動起子要怎麼拿跟使用？？？
要怎麼做螺絲才鎖的比較快？？？

電動起子直的拿(不要歪了)按下開關不要太用力.自然的跟著螺絲鎖緊.當然不要緊張.習慣就快了.太用力反而可能造成滑牙(就是螺絲鎖壞了)

如果沒鎖好.要退去螺絲就在電動起子建上方開關往上撥就是退，往下就是鎖.

開關的位置剛好在食指的位置.由食指按開關.其他指頭握住起子(拇指向自己.其他的跟食指在外)
